Set among olive and fruit trees in the hills overlooking Heraklion, THE MANSION offers privacy, space and uninterrupted views towards the Cretan Sea and the city.

With 470 m² of interior space, approximately 2,000 m² of private grounds and gardens, a 15-metre outdoor swimming pool, a heated indoor pool and a private spa, the residence has been created for guests who value exceptional comfort without sacrificing character.

Its architecture combines neoclassical influences with contemporary lines, while Greek marble, natural oak and glass define its interiors. Expansive terraces and balconies open the house towards the Cretan landscape, creating spaces for long breakfasts, quiet afternoons by the pool and evenings overlooking Heraklion.

THE MANSION accommodates up to eight guests in three individually designed bedrooms and a spacious private suite with its own kitchen, living room and dining area.

A private world of wellness

A dedicated 120 m² spa, wellness and fitness area offers guests the freedom to relax in complete privacy.

At its heart is an 18 m² heated indoor swimming pool with hydromassage and resistance-swimming jets, complemented by a hammam, sauna and fitness facilities.

Outside, the 15-metre swimming pool becomes the centre of summer life, surrounded by terraces, gardens, olive trees and spaces for outdoor dining and relaxation.

A house filled with music

Perhaps what distinguishes THE MANSION most is something that cannot be measured in square metres.

Music and art are part of the identity of the house.

THE MANSION is home to three pianos, including a Feurich grand piano and an antique Rönisch upright grand dating from the early 20th century. For musicians, this offers the rare pleasure of having instruments available within a private residence. For music lovers, exclusive private concerts and classical recitals with exceptional professional performers can be arranged on request.

But the relationship between the house and the performing arts goes even further.

THE MANSION has itself become a stage.

Mozart's Così fan tutte has been presented here as a fully staged classical opera production. The performance moved through the residence and its outdoor spaces, incorporating the architecture, terraces and gardens into the staging — even the swimming pool became part of the action.

The residence continues to welcome artistic activity and can provide an exceptional setting for selected private performances, music recordings and video productions.

We have never considered THE MANSION to be just another luxury villa.

Of course, we are proud of its architecture, pools, private spa, gardens, generous spaces and views. But what we value most is something less tangible: the feeling the house creates for those who stay here.
