In a quiet and green environment surrounded by olive and fruit-bearing trees lies THE MANSION, a luxurious villa with 470m² of internal space and 2000m² of external space and gardens, a 15m long outdoor pool and a 18m² indoor heated pool. It is an impressive building with unique design, combining elements from neoclassical architecture with modern lines. Greek marble, natural oak wook and glass are the materials that dominate.

 

The location of THE MANSION allows the visitor to enjoy a unique view from every corner of the villa. There is an unobstructed view of the Cretan Sea and the natural environment as well as panoramic view of the city of Heraklion. The visitor has the choice to rest on verandas and balconies of 350m² surrounding the villa.

 

Inside THE MANSION, there is a large luminous living room with stylish furniture, an energy fireplace and two pianos. Moreover, there is a fully equipped, spacious kitchen and a separate dining room. In case someone wants to work in privacy, there is a separate office panelled with natural oak.

 

The spa, wellness, fitness and relaxation area with 120m² of space includes a heated swimming pool with hydromassage, a steam bath for 4-6 persons, a sauna for 4-6 persons and fitness equipment. For book lovers, there is a special shelf with novels. Moreover, adults and kids can find a collection of board games. A new addition is a Feurich grand piano.

 

THE MANSION sleeps up to 8 persons. There are three unique bedrooms as well as a suite, which has a kitchen, living and dining room of its own.

But, having said that we don't consider THE MANSION to be just another luxury villa. We are not just proud of the amenities we offer. What we are mainly proud of is the unique feeling that is created to every visitor that stays in THE MANSION. A feeling that words can't describe. Maybe it is the location, the design, the artistic elements. Maybe it is the magic of living in a villa with two grand pianos and an upright grand.  Maybe it is all of them.
